What is Disruptive Brands?

Disruptive Brands is not a traditional marketing agency. We are an eCommerce growth partner built to build and scale category-leading CPG brands. Our clients trust us to own the outcomes that matter most: revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, Amazon performance, TikTok Shop expansion, and digital strategy. We specialize in high-growth CPG brands across Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, and Men’s Grooming. We move fast; we make decisions with data. We obsess over execution. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something extraordinary.

The Opportunity
This is the most important leadership hire in our company outside of the CEO. The VP of Growth & eCommerce will serve as the operating leader behind every client we partner with. This person will own the strategy, execution, and performance across every major digital growth channel, including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, Analytics, CRO and Profitability.
You’ll work directly alongside the Co-Founders to determine where the business goes next while building the systems, processes, and team that allow us to scale brands faster than anyone in the industry. We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, loves solving difficult problems, builds elite teams, and isn’t afraid to jump into the weeds when necessary . This is not a role for someone who simply manages people. We’re looking for someone who builds companies.

What You’ll Own
Executive Leadership

• Serve as the executive leader responsible for all eCommerce growth initiatives.
• Partner directly with the Co-Founders to establish company strategy and long-term vision.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Help shape company culture while maintaining exceptionally high performance standards.

Full P&L Ownership
Own the financial performance across all client engagements including:
• Revenue Growth
• Gross Margin
• Contribution Margin
• EBITDA
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Lifetime Value (LTV)
• MER
• ROAS
• Amazon TACoS
• Inventory Efficiency
Every strategic decision should improve long-term profitability, not simply top line revenue.

Direct-to-Consumer
Lead every aspect of Shopify growth including:
• Customer acquisition
• Website optimization
• Conversion Rate Optimization
• Merchandising
• Pricing strategy
• Product launches
• Offer strategy
• Bundling
• Subscription growth
• Landing pages
• Customer experience
• Checkout optimization

Own Amazon as a business, not simply a marketplace.

Required Experience
• 10+ years leading high-growth eCommerce organizations.
• Experience scaling consumer brands in Sports Nutrition, Beverage, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Personal Care, or adjacent CPG categories.
• Demonstrated success scaling brands beyond $100M in annual revenue or leading multiple brands through similar growth.
• Deep Shopify expertise.
• Deep Amazon expertise.
• Deep TikTok Shop expertise.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategy.
• Executive-level P&L ownership.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or private equity-backed companies.

Compensation: $200,000.00 per year
